My kid is 5 months old and he has strarted teething and have got 2 teeth.Now a days he spits up a lot.Is it due to teething?

Little spit up or curd type vomit is normal in babies. This is acid reflux in babies which will go with time as baby grows up. So no need to worry. Give ur baby teethers if ur baby is on teething
