my kid is 4 years 6 months ...she is not gaining weight at all...she is not eating properly...plss tell me a suggestion

See you said all yourself only since your child is not interested in eating or not eating properly which is why the weight is not increasing so the current situation I would highly recommend you that you should check with the doctor on the haemoglobin levels and also you can give a medicine which will help in activating the appetite of the child after consulting the doctor
