My kid is 4 year old . He has fever and cough badly. Please suggest some medicine and food for him.thanks in advance

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 4 years of age if the baby is having fever and cough very badly it is advisable to consult a doctor at present give calpol 250 3ml to the baby
