My 6 months daughter is having cold and cough, running nose too.. Which medicine should I give her?? Thanks in advance

A. wikoryl AF drops to the baby bj cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
