Q.

My kid is 3 years old not able to speak but he can speak rhymes Recognise A to Z 1 to10 and some English words he is hyper active child and minor autism plz is some thing serious now he start schooling this week plz suggest points to make him speak mother tongue

A. hii.. start the occupational therapy as hyperactive comes under ADHD.. Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder. The kid might be sometimes socialize with other sometimes doesn't, sometimes respond to the calling their name and keep playing in their own world doesn't let another enter into their world, etc. and continue the schooling as u say its mild then with help of therapy and schooling child might come out of the situation early than expected.

A. please do not send him to school now. It will create more behavioural issues. Saying abcd and numbers is echolalia. please consult developmental pediatrician and occupational therapist. Do not delay. It is a serious concern

A. hello there could be a speech delay and it requires a speech therapy nay be and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better ns also safe too
