Q.

my kid is 3 month 25 days old ,don't have that much BM, planning to give FM (similac). kindly suggest how much ML , scoop, hrs need to provide

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. But it is not advisable to to give anything to the baby other than mother’s milk till the age of six months. You can take Shatavari powder with milk to increase breast milk supply. Also take gur with jeera to increase breast milk supply. Thanks and take care
