my kid is 3.2 yrs. what should I give him temporarily for runny nose(watery), cough, watery eyes. will take him to doc tomorrow. I want temp medicine. I have t minic right now. if yes how much. thank you

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators orhu antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluatfion by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Sinarist 3.5 ML can be given to the child as of now this is going to be one of the mist medicines that you can offer to the child as of now this is just a basic antiallergic that I am advising you to go ahead with minimum three days and maximum five days you can use this
