My kid is 20 months old, i am concerned about her teeth eruption as of now only 6 of her teeths are erupted. why is this taking longer than usual?

A. Hi usually kids get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of remaining milk teeth
