Q.
My kid is 2 year 10 months old he burps frequently. Even if he drink a sip of water he burps. He is having food normally motion also regular. He is not vomiting only burping is there. I have given rantac syrup for one month and colic aid drops for one week. After finishing the medication Dr advised leave it alone for time being. But I am not satisfied. Does this indicates any gastric problems??

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it is quite difficult to comment upon the frequent burping at the sage cannot comment and so you have to consult your pediatrician there might be some diaphragm irritation cause why baby is burping

if your child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc
it contains good bacteria so make digestive system strong
