Q.
my kid is 2 month 6 days old, I started giving her formula milk from today, since my milk is not coming more. I gave her formula milk but she needs my milk , can I know after how long gap I should feed her my milk after giving her formula milk.

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear mom it is good to breastfeed or formula feed the baby at a gap of two hours and the more you breastfeed the more will be the breastmilk have a good fluid rich diet with milk and dryfruits and also have good pulses in the diet for better milk production
