my kid is 2.7 years old, he lost his apatite, passing hard stool. not talking any solid food, but showing interest in eating sweet items please advise me what I shall do to him?

A. hi first, need to cure constipation problem so please keep your child well hydrated avoid giving biscuits, toast,etc give soup, fruits,lassi etc more which makes digestion easy encourage your child to do more physical activities
