my kid is 1o years old...due to pandemic at home he has gained lot of weight & mood swings ..I buy 14 to 15 yrs age of clothes for him..plz suggest somethg

please encourage your child for physical activity and out door game
please avoid all packed food and products with refind flour
please take easily digestible Food
please decrease your child screen time
