Q.

my kid is 18 months old baby boy, he is not trying to speak even simple words like amma, papa ....can anyone please suggest what should I do? like any mouth excercise need to do or need to consult doctor? he not at all listen what am trying to say, he is going away from me....plz suggest

A. I meant to say...when I sit in front of him and try to communicate with him or when am trying to teach simple words, he is not observing...even not seeing my face, not recognising the words immediately. but he will follow my commands like if i say bring toys he will bring whatever toy i said....

A. Mam if your child is understanding everything responding well following your commands and everything then there is no problem it is that you should try and communicate more and more with your child the more you communicate better your child is going to learn and what do you mean by saying my child is going away from you that is not clear to me
