A. it is not advisable to use walker for children because many times the child may fall from it causing grievous injury. it does not help in any growth milestones of the child and many times can cause delay in the walking milestone of the child. the child doesn't learn to walk because the child feels that they have to move around in the walker itself so will not make an attempt to walk push walker can be used but walker in which child sits in centre needs to be avoided van give rice. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations . For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at leasdt 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor paracetamol for fever and pain.
