my kid does not chew food whatsoever ever. he does not want to eat any fruit as he tries to just gallop it without chewing. and since he does not chew he spits. pls help how to make him chew.

A. hello...my doctor says if kids are given liquid or mashed foods always they learn to chew...I stopped giving at seven months itself as my doctor wouldn't allow liquid diet saying is ur child sick or something that ur giving soups khichdi etc...so now start giving finger foods which child will eat on its own...cheese sticks steamed carrots etc
