My kid didn’t poop since two days but passing urine &also he eating well What to do??

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl9 months agoA. constipation in any age is not considered good which is why I am going to advise you that you should definitely work upon increasing more of fluid and fibre into the diet so that it will really help a lot and better digestion and motion of the child
