my kid body outside is chill but when keeping temperature it is showing 100.6 and having shivering

That means your child is feeling cold covered your child well with proper woollen clothes and give medicine to the child you can give Calpol to the child as of now and then you can repeat it after six hours if you see the temperature is still there or it is rising
