my kid( 3 year old) having small small heat boils on his back and neck parts,please suggest how to make those disappear and make those parts smooth,it is very rough now

A. you can try applying coconut oil or baby cetaphil lotion regularly. if these are regukar heat boils then one of these should help. deoends on what suits your baby's skin type. apply consistently and regularly to see the desired results.
