My is now completing 6 month from last 2 days he is crying and he has also lose motion and vomit should I give Walamycin

It Could be due to stomach infection please do not give any medicine to the child without consulting the doctor because lose motions and vomiting both heard that should mostly could be due to infection in the stomach of the child have to get a checked once with your doctor and then go for the medicine suggested by a doctor
