POOJA KOTHARIExpecting Mom due in 1 month3 months agoA. At 5 months old, it’s best to avoid giving cow’s milk as a main drink. Babies under 1 year should primarily have breast milk or formula because cow’s milk doesn’t provide the right balance of nutrients and can be hard on their kidneys and digestion. You can start introducing small amounts of cow’s milk after 12 months, but before that, stick to breast milk or formula for proper growth and nutrition.
