A. okay, well as breastmilk is insufficient , you can offer cow's milk or formula. but as it is new food for your child ,start with small quantity and check whether your child feel comfortable with it or not. after 6 months age, you can start giving semisolid food to your child. I mean ,start with liquid diet like mung dal Pani , rice water which is easy to digest. once your baby feel comfortable with it ,you can start introducing other food items like porridge, sheera, rab etc.

A. hi after one year age. Breastmilk contains antibodies which provides protection against infections so ,it is best to feed your child till you can. avoid giving formula or external milk atleast one year age.
