Puja DasMom of a 4 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Exclusive Breast feeds are advised upto 6months, if you are facing low breast milk supply please consult with your doctor have gourds, jeera water, sabudana in milk. You can also opt for formula milk.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dear any solids has to be started after six months completion of baby.. exclusively breast feed is recommended till baby complete six months.. if mother milk is not sufficient then you can then start with formula milk..
