my husband sweats smells so bad please I need an urgent solution as it's very embarrassing, he baths all the time, he is not the dirty type but when ever he sweats the smell is so bad, what should I do

he can use antiperspirants of deodorants.
Ensure that his feet do not stay in a damp environment for Long.
for Healthy feet ,it can help to make sure shoes are right fit and to use a pumic stone to reduce foot calluses.
good oral hygiene is also important.
avoid taking such food items like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, garlic frequently
he should keep his self well hydrated
