Q.

my husband 36 yaer old ....keeping track on his blood pressure from last week...sometime itz 120/90 other time 136/90 ..sometimes over 140/90 and today it is 129/90 ...do he required medication???

A. It is still In the borderline and we also need to know the timings he took the recordings because even eating food or walking can increase the blood pressure. Consult a physician once if you are concerned

A. just need to change the food habits and make him to take less salt in his regular food

A. No It’s almost appropriate only there is no major fluctuation in the BP of your husband so I don’t think so as of now you need to go ahead with any medication but if your doctor has ever told you to keep a track of it that it is better that you consult the concerned doctor ones
