I am 36 years old and my weight is 70 kg I suddenly noticed that my blood pressure is 149/90.What to do? Can anyone tell me the diet plan?

A. if your blood pressure levels are consistently higher than it is time that you started taking anti hypertensives and consult a physician for a detailed evaluation. you have to reduce sodium content in your food
