my height is 5 but my weight is 70 how to reduce my weight

A. Hello mom You need to follow an exercise regime where are you have to work out for 30 to 45 minutes daily be it yoga or some brisk walking or dance workout etc apart from that diet matters a lot more and you have to avoid sugary ,processed and refined foods completely and Avoid heavy meals before bedtime and in late evenings.

A. Dear ma’am, what was your usual body weight? Is your hemoglobin, thyroid, Vitamin D normal? Are you getting regular periods? How much water do you drink? Do you also go for a walk regularly? How is your sleep?
