my height is 5.3 nd my weight is 74 kg. i dont know how to loose

Hello mam To loose weight both exercise is important Have small and frequent meals Include protein with every meal like paneer, daal, oats, soya, eggs, sprouts, curd and reduce the intake of bakery products, fried foodX suagr and sugary drinks in the diet Physical workout for 45 min daily Water 3l per day

A. dear you can start with some exercise or join yoga or gym class or Zumba classes.. you should take care of diet.. restrict sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy food.. drink plenty of water..
