it happens because of Hormonal changes, nutritional deficiency or excess usage of cosmetic.
so please take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water as it can lead nutritional deficiencies.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder.
stay stress free.
