My gynaecologist prescribed me unwanted kit as I have 4 weeks pregnant...I have taken 2 days before still nothing happen is anything dangerous for health

No it’s not dangerous normally bleeding happens but if it is not happening you kindly consult your gynaecologist once again just run ultrasound and there will be a clarity is the situation if any other medicine is required accordingly doctor will advise you
