my grandson is 4months old, is it advisable for him to sit on the lap, his head is still little bit shaky

A. No ma’am the child is not meant to meet it before completing the time of six months as the head is also going to be totally stable by that age so please do not do these things reclining position with your support is fine sometimes but not sitting
