My granddaughter still has not started walking , may I know the reason , is it natural delay or anything else

It’s a delay now because if the child doesn’t learn to work independently by the time of 17 months it’s considered a delay now what is the reason that your doctor can tell you what they have to examine the child first then only anything can be suggested
