Q.

my granddaughter is 5 months,she takes mother milk n formula both.Her potty is always thin,is that okay? and colour is sometimes green and yellow. what can I add more in her food,plz tell me.

A. if mother is producing sufficient milk, then exclusive breastfeeding to be done till baby is completing 6 months of age and otherwise supplementing with formula milk is ok
