ShonaliMom of 2 children2 months agoA. chocolates create acidity and kids with improper meal times and not enough balanced diet tend to develop gastrititis. Offer your child a luke warm glas of water first thing in the morning followed by a balanced breakfast and fruits in between kids can have healthty snacks and chocolates, limit the sugary processed items in a day, and avoid tetrapack juices. Kid should feel better within a week with this. My elder kid had experienced similar bouts of vomit and had beeen complaining of stomach discomfort in the past, I adapted theae changes and things are normal.
