Hello mom you can first initially start with liquid consistency foods foods such as dal ir rice water or vegetable soup or fresh fruits juices and and ones the baby gets used to it the gradually move to semi solids and mashed food such as steamed vegetable, fresh fruit purée , porridge made with ragi or suji or multigrain mix , kichidi etc

Hi mom ,6 months old baby should have started food gradually Always remember a 3 days rule before introducing new foods like when u start with something continue the same food for 3 days and see if the baby is comfortable with that food and then you can introduce a new one.Start with rice and dal water,Boiled and mashed potato,sweet potato,carrot, Pureed vegetables and fruits, porridges of rava or ragi,mashed banana,carrot,chicoo...start with 1 spoon 1 time in a day and gradually increase.
