My girl Samridhi is about to turn 11. Whose weight is 26 KG.It doesn't feel hungry at all. He hardly eats one roti at a time. Headache speaks in strong sunlight.

Hi Seems like your child is quite underweight as of now you don’t need to work upon a healthy diet for your child in this case since your child is too less on weight I would advise you to consult a nutritionist ones maybe she can advise you with the kind of food you should be giving to the child for healthy growth and weight gain
