my girl is not eating properly she is 2.4 months old n her weight is 10.5kg .She only wants to have breast milk and she doesn't drink formula milk she spills it out.

You need to stop breastfeeding the child now it’s high time that you quit breastfeeding and then only your child is going to eat or drink anything else and also if the child is not interested in formula feeding that’s completely alright you always have an option of animal milk and toned pasteurise milk as per the current age of your child both would be recommended
