Q.

My girl is not eating anything since 2 days..! She is not having any cough or cold or fever..! She is just spitting out the food which is given to her with spoon..! Y is she not eating?

A. give zincovit syrup to the baby twfor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
