my girl is 9yrs old,her skin tone is very fair,but now it has become very dull due to too much sun exposure..and it is too oily,shall I use gentle Cetaphil cleanser or Cetaphil cleanser for oily skin??? she is getting many rashes on her face nowadays also..plz guide
