Q.
my girl is 4 years 10 months old. Her weight is only 14.5 kg. Is it ideal weight as per her age ? please do suggest me. She eat a very less amount of food. i feel stress about this thing.

the wt of your child is on lower side
nutrional deficiency can affect appetite wt so consult doctor
give a balanced diet
small frequent meals
include seasonal vegetables n fruits nuts curd jeera

KalaiMom of a 5 yr 7 m old girl9 months agoA. Same my daughter also very picky in eating food half chapati only . totally avoided snacks but still she is not interested to take food .
Her weight also 14.4 kg (4 yrs 10 months) .Very much stressed .
