RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. 5 KG for a four month old child is not less you just have to see how much is your child any every month should be a game of 4 to 500 g every month over the birth weight if that is happening then this current weight is justified otherwise you can go ahead with giving top feed to the child
