my girl is 3 years 10 months old and weighs 13 kg. for her age she should be above 14. She is eating all kinds of fruits and vegetables. But she is not gaining weight for the past 6 months. what will be the reason ?

Child should be 16 kg by completing the age of four years your child is little underweight so I would advise you to check with your doctor if your child is eating well instead of the statement or not increasing could be due to a nutritional deficiency of iron and multivitamin
