Q.
My girl is 3 year old, was premature with 1kgs800gm weight.. she understands few commands such as come, take and not speaking also much.she loves mobile and she has eye contact also but she doesn't response every time I call her.. I m worried about autism... plz guide

Many times, hearing loss can be missed in young children and can be the primary reason that a child is not responding. Have the child's hearing checked
