my girl is 3 year 4 month old and she cries a lot when I leave for work, she can't bear the pain of letting me go , what to do

She separation anxiety is common with kids if you haven’t child into school yet you should because the child will also go to school and then you have to explain it to the child that I have to go to work to earn money for your better future like whatever positive it is and when I’m back my whole time is going to be yours and put your child into school so the child will wake up early will go to school have a schedule and sleep early in the night slowly you start doing these things it will be a better practice for the child and regular counselling with positive words will be very helpful
