My girl is 22 months old her weight is 10 kg she is eating well but not gaining enough weight she very active..but I want to know what can be done e can I give her multivitamins

but don't be dependent on that.
You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon
