my girl is 19 months old .can I stop breastfeeding?

A. Hai good evening !! Breast feeding is suggested until two ,two and half years age if mother having enough production without any issues . As baby is 19 months old ,if baby is having balanced nutrition 3 meals (fruits,vegetables,dals(pulses,legumes) cereals,grains ,milk,diary products,leafy vegetables ,egg in regular diet you can stop breast feeding.
