You should consult the dermatologist for that they will tell you what is the problem why hair fall and otherwise I would recommend you to give a healthy balance diet in vitamin and omega three and iron also which is what is going to be helpful in the current situation and apply onion coconut oil into the scalp regularly and use Sebamed shampoo to control hair fall
