A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of thce child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causincg allergy on the skin.
