my girl baby is not passing stools from 4 days, this is continuing from 1 month . but baby is actively feeding,and energetic. is there any issue please let me know

Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week, it is normal as long as the baby is healthy and active, and not showing any discomfort symptoms, feeding well enough. Use Babyhug tummy roll on for your baby. Do cycling moments with both baby legs to stimulate the stomach and digestion process.
