My girl baby is 8 month old with birth weight 3.08kgs now she is 6.9 kgs. How to improve her weight gain?

A. Hi, The weight is good.you can give porridge, vegetable purée, fruit Puree, egg white. But make sure to smash it and feed. Whenever you are trying new food make sure to start with small quantity and gradually increase. Avoid salt, sugar, honey, citric, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.

A. you can give mashed egg yolk..about half a tbsp. you can give 1 tbsp banana 2-3 times a week yogurt about tbsp. mashed potato about 1 tbsp 2-3 times a week. you can give some ghee also...about half tbsp...but in two servings. ...not all at once. try any new food in small quantities and gradually increase. preferably give in morning time.
