Q.

My girl baby is 5 month old and she weigh 5.98 kg. I am not sure if this is right weight or formula feed is needed to increase her weight. please advise

A. Hello mom check her weight as per her birth weight which a full term baby it is expected to almost double it up by the age of 4 to 6 months and then triple by the age of 1 year . You can now actually along with your feed introduce him to weaning foods and initially start with liquid consistency foods and then gradually move to semi solids
